Come in and have a chat

coffee

In the early stages you may be thinking about how to plan your space, whether to knock through or perhaps extend. This is a great time to come into a showroom and have a chat and a cup of coffee with one of our designers. You will find the showroom full of inspirational ideas and you will have the opportunity to experience the look and feel of our different kitchens and furniture. Our designers have a wealth of experience and are happy to chat and share their knowledge on a completely no obligation basis.

Form your ideas & get a 'ballpark' cost

plans of kitchen

As you begin to think about planning your new kitchen it will be necessary to decide what you should include and how much it may cost. Our designers can help you with this and they will need a basic plan of your room together with dimensions. They will take you through your options and you should be able to get many of the major decisions made at this meeting. You will begin to form a picture of what your kitchen will look and feel like and your designer will be able to draft an initial illustration for your consideration together with a ballpark kitchen and installation cost.

Book a technical survey

rolled plans

After you have had a chance to consider the initial illustration and ballpark cost, your designer will contact you to ask if you would you like to proceed to the next stage. If you are taking advantage of our installation service, the next step is a technical survey that will form the basis of your detailed design and specification. Once the technical survey has been completed your designer will contact you to arrange a design approval meeting in the showroom.

Sign off your kitchen design

paint brushes and plans

For this meeting your designer will prepare detailed drawings and the associated specification of your new kitchen. At this meeting you will check the design and confirm all the important small detail decisions. If you are completely happy with your kitchen design and would like to go ahead, your designer will ask you to sign an order confirmation. You will also be asked to pay a deposit at this stage. Normal delivery times are 8 weeks from deposit payment and your kitchen will normally be installed within 2 weeks from the delivery date.

Have your kitchen installed

There is great upheaval when a kitchen is installed with disruption for a prolonged period. This will affect your food and kitchen storage as well as cooking and eating.

We believe superb installation is key to finishing your kitchen to the highest standards. We are proud to be the first national kitchen retailer to have achieved membership to the government sanctioned Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installers (iKBBI). Our professional installers are independently accredited and work to the highest industry standards. Our installers have full project capability, including gas and electrical installation, which conforms to all current legislation, providing that additional peace of mind throughout your installation experience. All workmanship is guaranteed for a one year period.

Start enjoying your kitchen

After allowing for any normal 'settling' issues your designer will contact you to check that you are completely satisfied with your new kitchen. By this time the heart of your home should be back in action, you will have started to fill your new cabinets and replenish your larder supplies - you may even be ready for planning your next dinner party!
